Account Deletion Instructions

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Styloria account.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

Open the Styloria app
Go to Settings
Tap Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to styloria_mdk303@outlook.com with:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Your registered email address
Your username or Styloria ID

What Gets Deleted

✓ Profile information (name, email, phone)
✓ Profile picture
✓ Booking history
✓ Reviews and ratings
✓ Chat messages
✓ Payment methods
✓ Location data

For Providers

✓ Provider profile and bio
✓ Portfolio posts and media
✓ Service pricing
✓ Verification documents
✓ Earnings history

Data Retention

For legal compliance, we may retain certain records (transactions, dispute communications) for up to 3 years. This data is anonymized where possible.

Before You Delete

Complete any pending bookings
Withdraw available earnings (providers)
Ensure payments are processed

Timeline

Immediate: Account deactivated
Within 30 days: Data permanently deleted
