How do I book a service?

Open the app, select your service, choose a pricing tier, enter your location, and pay. A nearby provider will accept your request.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancel within 7 minutes of acceptance for free. After that, a 10% fee applies. Go to your booking and tap "Cancel."

What payment methods are accepted?

USA: Credit/debit cards via Stripe. Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Ivory Coast, & Nigeria: Mobile money, bank transfers, and cards via Flutterwave.

How do I become a provider?

Download the app, sign up, select "Become a Provider," and complete KYC verification with your ID and selfie.

How do provider payouts work?

Providers earn 80% of each booking. Payouts are weekly or monthly based on your settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit our deletion page.
